Robert has over 35 years of experience in branding and communications, working both client-side and as a consultant. At Industry, Robert leads on key assignments in the Middle East.
He has worked across Scandinavia, Europe the US, the Middle East and North Africa in the financial services, retail, and automotive, shipping, manufacturing, property and technology sectors. Robert has worked for some of the largest brands and businesses in the world including Citi, American Express, IBM, AT&T, Porsche, Audi, Westing House, Ricoh, Seagrams, Avon, PepsiCo, Air Canada, Commercial Bank Qatar, Maersk, Sony Scandinavia and Hempel Paints to name a few.
Robert spent his early career in New York City in advertising and exponential marketing. Following a move to branding and communications, he was the founding partner of a boutique branding agency for domestic and international Fortune 500 companies, representing almost every major category and market. In the Middle East he has held senior management positions for financial services, branding, advertising, marketing, corporate communications and business consulting organisations.
His areas of expertise include, strategic planning, development of knowledge-rich integrated retail environments, corporate identity programs, visual communication, digital communications, and interactive viral and social marketing.
